I have been associated with Schemax since its inception around 10 + years. I have seen my tremendous growth along with Schemax. Proficient in design, Implementing and maintaining the solutions that enhance the performance ,functionality and user experience. We have a proven track record of delivering high-quality and reliable solutions that meet and exceed client expectations.

There are several things which makes me stick to this Organization. Over the Years as Corporate World has transformed people have looked beyond pay as the only differentiator. It surely is one of the differentiators amongst others like challenging envirnoment ,Good Brand, growth potential etc . Having said that i feel following could be the crucial factors in determining stickiness of a performer in an Organisation.

Flexibility in work hours and company's awareness of my personal obligations have really helped me to balance work and time with my kids. This is why i am so loyal to Schemax clients. especially for working woman's like me it is very important to achieve a healthy work life balance, this helps me to give better solution and services to global clients.

Though we always highlight the factors like growth, entrepreneurship , money etc. as qualities which an Organization need to have to attract talent but i feel after attracting good talent the abovementioned factors go a long way in determining their stickiness.
